I purchased a Ducane furnace in 1999 with the hope of not having any big problems.Well 6 years later I am in the cold the gas company shut the gas off red flaged it unsafe. It was installed by Crawford heating in ST Thomas ontario. They cannot get a part for 3 wksmaybe longer. Parts are not in stock anywhere in Canada.My heat has been off since nov. 3 .It cost me closer to 2,000 in repairs last year.Crawford never returned any calls for servicing.serial #2194929845.I have had it serviced every year.I am broke... It has a defective heat exchanger..Also the air cond installed in 1999 had a new motor put in in summer of 2001.Help Im in the cold. Carol
