I just had a high effiency furnace put in the exhaust runs outside the intake runs inside the room where the furnace is is this ok. Thanks

yes, provided the room is large enough and that the furnace is approved for this type of installation.
check the manufactures instructions for both, if you don't have contact them via intranet.
