need help on bdp furnace model #398aaw036060abba | |
the unit was only blowing cold air so i shut the gas valve off and killed the power per instructions on the manufacturer's tag. after waiting 10 minutes i turned the gas back on and then the power. the pilot lit and after a minute or so the unit fired up. it started blowing warm air but when i checked 10 minutes later it was back to cold air. checked the unit and the fire was out so i went through the same shutdown and restart procedure but now cannot get the pilot light to come on. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
