House was built in 2006... house started getting cold. Blinking red light told me that it had low flame. Turned switch off, then turned black knob to off. Waited 5 minutes. Turned Black knob to on, turned switch on, had solid red light (small fan is running) can see in little plastic covered hole that coils are getting bright orange. BLOWER WON'T KICK ON, so orange stops glowing and red light starts blinking. HELP!

oil heater, cleaned nozzle and heater rumbles when it comes on and smokes out of the chimney! any help?
